R packages

Open-source R packages for Brazilian economic data, time series analysis, and ggplot2 visualization themes.

realestatebr

Access to Brazilian real estate market data from multiple official sources: the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), ABRAINC, ABECIP, FGV/IBRE, and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). All datasets are returned in a tidy format via a single get_dataset() interface.

trendseries

Extract trends from monthly and quarterly economic time series. Provides augment_trends() for pipe-friendly tibble workflows and extract_trends() for ts objects. Includes HP, Hamilton, Baxter-King, Christiano-Fitzgerald, Kalman, STL, and moving averages, with smart defaults following Ravn & Uhlig (2002).

metrosp

Passenger demand data for the São Paulo metro system covering 2012–2026. Datasets include monthly line totals, average weekday station entries, daily station counts, and spatial geometries for metro and commuter train lines and stations.

insperplot

Extends ggplot2 with Insper's visual identity. Custom themes, color palettes (qualitative, sequential, and diverging), and specialized plotting functions for academic and institutional use.

benviplot

ggplot2 scale functions and a custom theme derived from the Benvi visual identity of QuintoAndar Group (discontinued in 2024). Qualitative, sequential, and diverging palettes with both discrete and continuous scale variants. Includes Poppins font support and high-level chart helpers.

ekioplot

ggplot2 implementation of EKIO's visual identity. Professional themes, curated color palettes, and scale functions for ggplot2 and gt tables. Smart font detection with safe fallbacks and high-level recipe functions for common chart types.

stratr

Companion to {rppi} that builds geographic strata for a property price index using the 2010 Brazilian Census weighting area definitions. Addresses known inconsistencies in the original weighting structure.

odsp

Import, clean, and work with São Paulo Origin-Destination survey data in R. Provides a consistent interface to OD data for mobility analysis and urban transport research.
